Absolutely the Best Doctor I’ve Ever Met Dr. Diola is truly the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I recommend him to anyone who needs a physician who treats you with kindness, respect, patience, and complete discretion. He pays attention to every detail and genuinely listens, which is something rare to find. His knowledge in rheumatology is exceptional. He can identify what you have even before running tests — and when the tests come back, they always confirm his initial suspicion. That level of expertise only comes from years of experience and true excellence in medicine. Thank you, Dr. Diola, for being such a special doctor. Your professionalism, compassion, and dedication make all the difference.

Couldn’t even see him. They Called a month after I was referred to him and I can’t get an appointment for 8 months! Yes. 8 months! From reading reviews he’s not worth that wait.

One test, several guess on what's wrong with me, two rx's that I'm allergic to.. run from Dr Diola to save your life.... he doesn't have a clue how to help anyone except his paycheck.. Rebecca

He is a uncaring Dr He doesn't check your symptoms out / he just says ok see you next appointment. My symptoms have gotten worse sense seeing him after my last Dr. Retired

He diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia! I took the several pills he recommended and didn’t get any relief. When I told him that I didn’t want to take the pills anymore he dropped me as a patient!

He is knowledgeable and helpful.

I am also a former patient of Dr. Weaver. Dr. Weaver may not have had the best bedside manor but he was a good Rheumatologist. This guy just wants a paycheck without doing any work. He may give you 15 minutes of your time but 0 minutes of his attention. He spent 14.5 minutes typing on computer and taking one measurement. Didn't order any lab work to check inflammation, etc. When I finally had a chance to speak, he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I now have a secondary condition to my primary condition and I wanted to talk to him about. I was looking for a diagnosis (approx. 40% on my online support group have been diagnosed by a Rheumatologist, others by a Neurologist or a Dermatologist.) When I showed him the information on it, he didn't want anything to do with it. I understand he might not be familiar with the condition as it is very rare, but it is a secondary condition to a rheumatological condition and he is a Rheumatologist so it should have been a learning… experience for him or at least taken two minutes to discuss it with me. He said (very rudely I might add) that it had nothing to do with him and was admit about that. Wanted nothing to do with it all the while trying to run out the door, when I stopped him to say that I needed a refill on my prescription. He barked at me, asking what kind of prescription like I was going to ask him for oxycodone or birth control or what I don't know. I just needed my Enbrel refilled. Then I had to check out and the girl was MIA. Several others looked for her after I waited for 10 minutes but no one could find her and she was the only one that could check me out. She finally came back 20 minutes later and was rude, like I was inconveniencing her. There was only one girl there that I interacted with that was sweet and empathic but I don't remember her name.

I am a former Dr. Weaver patient and he has been holding this against me from day 1. His first words to me were judge Judy style about how he was not Dr Weaver and I would not be getting the amount of steroids I was used to. He was right. My usual dose from wonderful Weaver during a flare is 20 milligrams for 14 days. Always worked. Ive been suffering for months. Dr, Diolas dose of 5 milligrams a day for 2 weeks is nothing, does nothing for me because I need an additional medicine to go with the Arava that doesn't work well enough. I have been trying to get this second medicine for about 3 months. His staff is friendly but do not call back when they say and after calling in Enbrel for me about a month ago knowing my insurance wouldnt cover it, I call about every 3 days to request them to do the paperwork to get this thing approved. Not one time do they mention their waiting on bloodwork Ive never been told about. How did I know they called in Embrel? I called my pharmacy to ask if… anything had been called in. They never called to tell me they called it in. Two weeks later I get a lab order in the mail with no explanation. So I go get the labs done. I call the office complaining that my embrel is still hanging in air out there somewhere and they actually blame ME saying I waited two weeks to get my blood work done. Didnt know I needed it. Why? Because no one ever told me I was even getting put on embrel or anything about it. Meantime Im begging for steroids that never get called in because I have to work and I hurt so much I can't sleep or function. Nothing. I am 55 years old. I have a very strenuous job that I do as a owner of a cleaning business. I do all my own work. I don't want disability, I want to work but I need help. Dr Weaver understood this and helped me always and quickly. So disappointed. Found new Rheumy but can't get in till May. God how I miss Dr. Weaver and his wonderful nurse. Ive had RA for 13 years and have never felt so uncared about from the people who are getting paid to supposedly help. Praying I survive till May. PS I am not a complainer. I am happy with every other Dr. I ever seen for this. This guy is the pits

Waste of time.Does not give a thorough examin.Does not go over jabs unless,asked. Highly disappointed

I feel the doctor listens to me and is very good at working with me and different medications to find the right one to help me. Even though it is not curable and I have to modify my life, (which he can't change that,) I just have to accept I cannot do as much as I used to and pain is part of that. I feel much better than I did!
