Dr. Carlos Javier Farach, MD

Customer service is horrible. Patient for over 15 years and to see to the decline in professionalism is extremely surprising.

I went to him for a short time. The only advantage is that he is not as busy as other GP's in the area. Dr. Farach refers everything out, and was not as thorough as my present M.D. Also, his billing system is not coordinated well, so I was routinely billed for charges covered by my insurance and had to straighten that out.

He has been my doctor for 5 years and we always got along fine. Today I told him I had lost 5 pounds in the last 2 months unexpectedly. He looked at my lab results and told me there was nothing wrong with me. I said there must be some reason for this unexplained weight loss. He suddenly rose from his chair and told me to get another doctor and leave. I was shocked!

Dr. Farach was so helpful. He gave us advice that we had not considered.

Excellent Doctor makes you feel like he cares and your a part of his family. fell very comfortable with him and am almost happy to see him. His offices only drawback is the receptionist she does not have any patience or give or diplomacy with patients in fact she is more likely to be rude instead of helpful. His nurses are excellent

Good doctor, terrible front desk staff - particularly the chubby brunette who acts as the primary receptionist. I actually think something might be wrong with her. She seems overly and unnecessarily aggressive. During the half hour or so I was there, I watched her snap or say something inappropriate to every single person in the waiting room. It was terrible. So terrible, in fact, that I feel as though I have no choice but to go somewhere else. It makes me question the doctor's judgement, that he would allow someone like that to work for him. It's really too bad.

My Doctor retired, so a good friend of mine recommended Dr. Farach. I need to thank my friend for the great advice. The office staff are kind and efficient. it's easy to schedule appointments for check-ups, and one time I was really sick with the flu or bronchitis or something, and they got me in the very same day. I was very grateful for that. Dr. Farach carefully and thoughtfully listens to my questions and gives me good, easy to understand answers. He doesn't make me feel rushed. I hope our insurance continues to allow me to see Dr. Farach.

Dr. Farach took care of my medical needs for many years, he is caring, thorough, and has great "bedside manner". I would recommend him to anyone needing a quality Doctor.

Dr Farach listens and addresses patients' individual needs. Along with regular check ups which are usually kept close to schedule, you are able to get in to see him when you have a problem or issue that arises. My husband and I both have been seeing him and treated by him for the past several years and are very pleased with his care.
