Dr. Carlos Abraham Hleap, MD

Dr. Carlos Hleap MD is a board certified OBGYN with over twenty years experience treating patients in the Queens-Long Island community. He is highly regarded for his gynecological surgical skills and has vast experience in pelvic reconstructive surgery. His expertise includes the simplest to most complicated female pelvic problems.

Dr. Hleap has been on the staff of the North Shore LIJ hospital system where he enjoys a wide network of referrals from physicians and patients. In addition to practicing medicine, he was the President and CEO of a large 300+ physician multi-specialty medical group in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties. In his role he oversaw the transformation of the group to the “Accountable Model” of care, prioritizing quality and the needs of patients above all else. He now brings this model of care to his individual patients.
