My son saw Dr Jimenez due to a swollen lymph node. As my son was sitting in the chair he put a a nozzle up his nose and sprayed a numbing agent he didn't not tell him what he was doing and really startled my son. Dr then left the room came back then took a long tube to put thru his nose and did not explain anything once again what he is about to do!!! I asked him many questions and his responses were very rude. He never read my son's tests results he had done prior. I would not recommend to my worst enemy to see this doctor.I give him 0 star..

Had the flu along with a hard cough for over four weeks, saw my doctor, got antibiotics, still coughing, throat and ears hurt badly, hoped for some relief from a specialist. Called Dr Jimenezâ??s office for an appointment on Thursday, earliest to get in is Tuesday. Day before I received a message that the appointment wasnâ??t for the actual doctor but a fill in. Of course I still went in coughing, throat and ears hurting and the fill-in tells me that I should come in to see the actual doctor and prescribes me Prilosec. Still coughing, ears and throat hurting and itâ??s been six weeks. Do not recommend this doctorâ??s office, I had to take off of work, travel back and forth and wait an hour to see a fill-in, I need to go on yelp and research.

After a long wait, poor staff communication, I saw Dr. Jimenez. Long story short, the bottom line is a misdiagnosis. Email for details.

I was referred to Dr. Jimenez after months of suffering from Positional Vertigo. He explained to me in a very clear manner what it was that had/was going on with me. He explained the procedure which need to take place in order to treat my condition and the aftercare. It was all to the point. He has a wonderful bedside manner. During the procedure he was very kind and had a very sympatheic manner. I didnt like the fact that he told me I had to sleep sitting up for two weeks but that was part of the treatment. Thanks to him, I am feeling so much better. If the vertigo comes back, I will definately be calling Dr. Jimenez.
