Now you must have an appointment to see this doctor, before last year it was walkins welcome no limit, now it's usually on time, he's very thorough with your prognosis and explains your health

I went in to see Dr Lams with a minor medical issue and was blown away by his professionalism and dedication towards his patients.Dr Lams is a person who knows how to pay it forward!

A doctor who shows up to his office 3+ hours after the first appointment doesn't care about his patients. The waiting area is cramped and people are crammed in like sardines for several hours at a time.

Dr. Lam is a very busy doctor but when he is seeing you he gives you his undivided attention.

Well, doctor is very experience, but the only problem is the wait is very long. Even though you have an appointment, you still stock there for more than 3 hours. I hope that the Doctor will works on the schedule so patient wont be there that long.

When my husband was discharged from the nursing home, he was told he could not continue to see the Doctor who took care of the patients there. We were given a list of Doctors who accepted his insurance plan, and every phone call I made to each one going down the list, was a negative. They would not accept my husband because they have reached their limit of medicaid patients. Now how is that, my husband had enough meds for only two weeks and not one out of dozens of doctors that I was recommended to call would even give my husband the time of day. Dr. Lam was referred to me by my cousin, I had made a phone call and they immediately scheduled an appt. for my husband and we see him every month. He is a professional in his field of medicine and he works with courtesy, compassion, and care. Thank you Doctor Lam for being there when no other Doctor cared.

He gives a patient his full attention. He explains everything he is thinking about the patient's medical problem and describes how the treatment process works. He thoroughly respects his patient's input: physical feelings, emotional feelings, past experiences, etc.He is an extremely dedicated physician.

I really like Dr. Lam. The wait time is horrible, but it's because he is flexible and accommodates walk-ins. Walking in has been great for when I've gotten sick all of a sudden and think I'm going to need antibiotics or some other drug. It sucks for when I've made an appointment since the walk-ins affect my wait time, but I can't complain since I've been a walk-in a few times. The offices could use some updating, but I think it's because he's so busy seeing patients he doesn't have time to update. Dr. Lam also has excellent bed side manners. I never feel like he's rushing me to leave so he can see the next patient. Also, I haven't been that sick a lot, but I think he's pretty thorough. Once I got a letter from donating blood. I forgot what it said, but some enzyme or something was kind of high, which could have been a result of something like gallstones or kidney stones. I forget...which is why I'm not in the medical field...Anyway, he had blood tests done and had his staff schedule an… ultrasound appointment immediately.
