Keep away from this dentist. very unprofessional and has no ethics.

Please find another provider. Dr Carlos Lantigua Palin is the worst dentist I ever had in my life.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t positive. Communication was poor, and I didn’t feel that my questions were welcomed. Dr. Carlos seemed visibly frustrated when I tried to get clarification, which made Awful experience. No communication, no professionalism, and very rude attitude. Dr. Carlos became visibly upset when I asked questions. completely unacceptable behavior for a healthcare professional.

Not good experience with this provider. Lack of communication and I felt concerned about his knowledge in what he was doing. I don't recommend this provider.

This dentist in general is not really friendly, latin background with poor english. however his dental assistant was really friendly and welcoming. I recently had my wisdom teeth out and I had the most painful experience in my life, the dentist didn't administered enough anesthesia, He did all the procedure like he was in rush. He is a new provider with no experience. I rather prefer a dentist with more experience."

This dentist Lantigua don't deserves one star Dr Carlos very unfriendly and unprofessional. I went in with what felt like a minor issue, and Dr Carlos Lantigua misdiagnosed a root canal treatment, Dr Carlos recommended a root canal that I don't need. I had a second opinion with another dentist in Flagstaff and in this second opinion they diagnosed pain and sensitivity due minor infection. Dr Carlos Lantigua couldn't explain why I need this procedure when I asked, this Dr doesn't have any clue and experience, questions are not answered or the treatment plan was not well-explained. I recommend to keep away from this dentist.
