Dr. Carlos E Marchini, MD

My first appointment with Dr Marchini went very well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Marchini was very pleasant and very informed about my medical history. I look forward to my next appointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Marchini for over 2 years now for asthma. In the 40 years of dealing with this condition with many doctors, I feel with him my care has been one of the best. His knowledge and experience has commended him to my trust. His approach is personal, and the office setting and personnel have always been a positive experience.

Once Brett left, this place has gone downhill. One Dr for the entire center and appointments that are scheduled 3-4 mos out only to be canceled on you the night before with no valid reason and no oppty to reschedule. Very, very disappointed.

He is a worthless doctor and cares nothing about his patients.

Unless you are interested in a sleep study don't go to this doctor. You will probably never see him anyway. All tests results, etc. and exams are done by his assistant. The staff is not friendly and they are incompetent. He is just a greedy doc who gets paid handsomely for his studies--therefore that is all he is interested in. Like I said--choose someone else!!!!

Due to his office staff's incompetence and dishonesty, OHSU is unable to make a determination on my friend's valve replacement. This surgery is emergent as she will not live much longer without it. They continue to lie about when and where the reports are sent...there seems to be no recourse for her other than this.
