The young lady in the front desk named natalie is so attentive. She has made me feel very welcomed and confident as everything I have requested from her has been taken care of in a timely manner. She always calls me back when she says she will and never keeps me waiting on any questions I have. I call often because I am a nervous wreck but she is just so patient and kind. It is quite a wait to see the doctor but he is excellent! The wait is worth it. The office makes me feel relieved and they are comforting.

office staff could use some training, left on hold, nor greeted, phone calls not always answered......

I have made 3 calls and had my new urologist send 3 faxes to this office requesting my records to be forwarded. Each time I was promised they wold be sent the next day. It's been a month since the initial formal request on no records were ever forwarded. PATIENTS BEWARE OF INDIFFERENT OFFICE STAFF!

Doctor seams qualified when you can see him. Office staff makes frequent mistakes, sometimes causing delays in treatment.

Dr. Carlos Midence is a brilliant, outstanding specialist. I feel that I am in the best hands, and his practiotioners are all yung wonderfull people who are eager to learn knwing that they are receiving experience and wisdom from one of the best drs. in the business.

Great Doctor and amazing staff. If you have a chemotherapy appointment, they are amazingly fast. Betsy is awesome and has great bedside manner. However, if you are making an appointment to see the Dr., be prepared to WAIT. Sometimes it seems like he is just pacing the halls with while you wait in the room for him. He doesn't even speak. But what really matters is his ability to get me better. So I really don't care if he doesn't speak as long as the treatment works.
