Doctor is very rude to me. Disrupt my every sentence. Worst doctor I have ever had in my life. But the PA is good.

Very bad! Avoid them

I called multiple times. Left voicemails and sent emails. No one has responded. How am I supposed to get the medication I need?

Dr. Piniella and his staff gave me a new life of easy breathing through my nose, and no snuffles or sneezing. He and his staff in Key West are simply amazing. I most regularly interact with Ms. Chelsea Gresser the Physician Assistant in the office, who keeps me in tip-top shape with regular allergy shots. When I do see the doc, he adjusts my treatment based on my remaining symptoms, which are by now very mild. As background, prior to see Dr. Piniella, I had been treated by a few allergists who, after two nasal polyp surgeries, gave up. Dr. Piniella and Ms. Gresser never give up on any of their patients. They only succeed. If you don't want to cough, sneeze, sniffle, and choke when season allergies hit you, don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Dr. Piniella was very knowledgable. He was able to diagnose and treat me even with the global pandemic. His staff were very professional and were able to take me in quickly. Everyone was very friendly which made me feel comfortable. You can tell Dr. Piniella cares about his patients. I had an enjoyable time which is rare at a doctors office. Very satisfied!!

Dr Piniella is so wonderful and caring. He made me feel so relaxed straight away and I felt like I’d known him for years. He was so open to answering all of my questions and in no way felt like my appointment was rushed. Highly recommend

I have had allergies since I was born, have been to many allergists, but this doctor honed in on my immune system deficiencies caused by allergies through bloodwork as well as allergy testing. Never had I had such comprehensive tests. He is extremely smart and knows how to explain things to his patients. I highly recommend this doctor.
