I am a huge fan of Dr Pottinger. I love his friendly and comfortable manner, and most of all, my surgery went so smoothly and my recovery is much quicker and easier than I would ever have imagined. The whole experience was great, I felt really comfortable and cared for.

I was extremely happy with my visit to Genesis Womens Center. Everyone was very nice and very thorough. Very short wait and then the girls checked everything, vitals etc. The Doctor was in to see me right away. He explained everything and answered all my questions. It was a very pleasant experience. It is very hard to find a Doctor that takes the time to make you feel at ease.

Dr Pottinger is one of a kind when it comes to Dr's. He is a wonderful, friendly, professional and positive person who knowas what he is doing and what can be done.

New to the area from Tampa and having seen the same GYN for the past 15 years I was a little skeptical of seeing a new doctor in such a small city. So skeptical that I scheduled an appointment in Tampa and was willing to drive over an hour to do so, appointment was 2 weeks away and started having complications and couldn't wait that long I called Genesis and made an appointment. Described my symptoms with Carrie and to my surprise I was given an appointment with Dr Pottinger the next day. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt comfortable and was greeted immediately and a wait time of only 10 minutes. From triage to see the doctor was another 10. My consultation with Dr Pottinger was probably the best experience ever and his general concern for me was amazing, felt as if I had been seeing him for 15 years. Looks like I've found a new GYN Doctor.

Dr Pottinger delivered my youngest in 2012 and I am thrilled to choose him again for this pregnancy!

Dr. Pottinger, did a great job delivering my 2nd son. He saved his life when he had me stop pushing because his cord was around his neck. My son is a healthy two year old. Best Doctor I've had.

Dr. Pottinger was the absolute BEST! He really took the time to listen & talk with me about my concerns & desires for my recent surgery - he never made me feel "unimportant". The surgery & recovery was better than I anticipated & I really appreciate all that he did for me. I have already recommended him to some of my friends & would definitely use him again!

Very kind person, caring. And compassionate. Listens when I talk. I would never see another provider.

Like all doctors you are going to wait.... But I will never go to another OB. I am a high risk pregnancy and where other ER doctors diagnosed me wrong Pottinger was always correct, He was the one that caught I had server kidney infections and that my daughter was loosing oxygen. He respected my wishes to have a natural delivery but I'm glad he made the call for an emergency C-section after I was in labor for 20 hours.

Dr Pottinger did my hysterectomy and I had very little pain! I healed up quickly. He is very nice, listens to your concerns and really cares!!
