Dr. Carlos Romero, MD

He is an excellent doctor

I was referred by my BFF who was one of the Doctors first patients 17 yrs. ago. I consider Dr. Romero as a visionary. He sees and feels what a lot of seniors have to go thru on medicare. My first experience with him was impressive. He takes his time with you and makes sure you understand what he has discussed with you. He has a lot of compassion and I did not feel rushed. My only concern is during medicare open enrollment. My husband was able to switch insurance before this Oct. and chose an insurance co. that Dr. Romero accepts, but he was told by billing that Dr. Romero was not accepting new patients, I told billing that my husband is not a new patient and they told me he is considered a new patient. When my husband called his new insurance co. they, who has them on their Drs. List, said they did not understand it. So what is going to happen to patients that have been with Dr. Romero for years when open enrollment comes in Oct.?

they always charge you $114 the explanation they give u u haven't meet ur deductible yet !!! and this happens all the time they don't take time to make sure is correct the doctor is always busy and I feel like is rushing me all the time

It take up to 7 to 30 days to get a single refill on your medications or an authorization I don't understand this!!! The pharmacy is right there in the same building. Why do I have to wait so long to get my medications refilled?

Dr. Romero is the Best Medical Doctor in the state of Florida.

Kind, courteous, professional Dr. This is what makes Dr. Romero who he is. He spends as much time as needed with his patients that's why he runs late in his office but the wait is well worth it. He always makes me feel better when I leave. He knows what he's doing. Love this man.

This Dr. and staff will lie to you. He refused to give a referral several times. Claims I didn't need to see another Dr. Changed prescriptions and without a good reason. Blames everything on the insurance co.

the dr. is so nice. really speaks to you not just at you like some dr's who are reading while talking to you. very thorough ordered alot of tests to get to the bottom of some conditions. was up to date on recent drug problems with prescriptions. everything I hoped for in a primary dr.

He told me I had a bad script, yet I called my insurance and they said they had sent him no such paper. He called me a liar and hung up on me. No very nice for someone I had taken my entire family to.

Best Dr. in the world. very caring. the staff (especially the medical assistants and receptionists) are AMAZING AND OUT OF THIS WORLD GORGEOUS!!!
