Dr. Carlos Shibata

I read some comment about Dr. Shibata 'sitting in a corner on the internet'. This is one of the highest quality individuals I have EVER come across in my lifetime. If you have had a case reviewed by Dr. Shibata, you should consider yourself very lucky. The 'complaint' I see is regarding a bill...well, healthcare costs money...newsflash. Having worked with Dr. Shibata closely, I know very well his outstanding standard of care, his thorough approach, and his compassion for patients he does not actually ever see. Special man.

Bills patients in a hospital for standing in the lab and doing absolutely nothing. Insurance denied the claim because they even said he is a quack. Pathologists should get paid for actually running tests but he bills for "overseeing" the quality of the lab. Insurance company described this as a doctor who sits in the corner playing on the internet while the testing is actually being carried out, just so he can bill.
