I went to Dr. Soto over a year ago for some issues I was having. He was extremely thorough in trying to figure out my medical troubles and also very personable. I hadn't been back b/c I was pregnant and under the care of my OBGYN. Now that I have had the baby, I need to go back to see him soon for some new issues, and am pleased that although the practice moved from the previous location, he is still in the area!

He diagnosed me with Type 1 diabetes, which was a correct diagnosis, but the way he went about it was inexcusable. He came up to me smiling and very cheerily told me what I have. I freaked out because I was a skinny 21-year-old with no family history and he offered me no sympathy. He wouldn't let my mother drive me to the hospital so I rode in an ambulance 8 miles or so, which cost $600. Never again.

Colonial Family Practice is wonderful. Clean office, friendly staff, and efficient service. Dr. Soto is a blessing and an amazing doctor. He listens and understands my needs. I'm never rushed during an appointment and he and his staff are always very accommodating. Highly recommended!!! Five star practice!

On my first visit I was very impressed with a minimal wait time. When the Dr came in I was immediately at ease because his bed side manner was great. The staff was very friendly and caring. I would and have recommended this family practice to friends.

I've been very pleased with Dr. Soto. I began seeing him after Dr. Alana Williams moved. Wait time has been 15 about 15 minutes. I never have a problem getting an appointment if I need to and he takes the time to find out what's going on without making you feel rushed.

Dr.Soto of Colonial Family Practice in Downtown Columbia is a great Doctoe, his bed side manner was great,him and his staff were super nice and very thorough. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.
