I was told to come in, in 10 days for a touch up for my Botox and the Dr was absolutely horrible with bed side manners. While I was trying to explain to him on the injection site that was given was still very painful, the doctor didn’t even let me get a word in and kept cutting off. I was clearly trying to explain to him one of my eyes drooped down significantly . All he would say is If your not happy go elsewhere, he didn’t even evaluate me for a touch up when I clearly need it. I spent 350.00 and didn’t even get the service that was told to me. I have never seen this kind of behavior from a plastic surgeon since we as patients should have a voice and should be able to come to our Dr with our concerns. I work in Surgery in the United States, and shame on you on your patient care. But again I’m sure you will still not hear me out. This is more for your patients. Thank you.
