She has been great with myself and my daughter. Her staff is very friendly.

Dr. Charlotta Hillert is an excellent doctor and takes her time covering labs and educating. She is a professional and caring doctor. She has helped me on my journey to good health. She does not sugar coat and tells it like it is but in a caring way. She truly cares about her patient's good health and setting goals to achieve good health . She is excellent on follow ups and recapping on goals. QThe only thing that makes me sad is once I turn Medicare eligible she will not be my doctor anymore

Dr. Hillert has always taken the time to review my test results with me. When necessary she will recommend other test to see why my results are not what she thinks they should be. She is a no nonsense type doctor and may not want to hear it but I appreciate her candor. She works on my overall health to make sure my medications are all working as they should.

Carlotta Hillert is a great doctor. The practice she and her husband share is awesome. The staff has been together for most of the time my family has been seeing them. That means something. They recognize their patients. It is a small town feel, personable, while in a large city. They have a lab onsite, and the both doctors are prompt for appointments, but give you their full attention.

Dr. Hillert makes sure not go beyond the reason for the appointment one appointment for each symptom. The appointments I have had she is rush rush have someone waiting, I waited too and would like to know what is making me sick. I am hoping that this changes as I need a Dr. I can trust and rely on. She doesn't seem to really listen when you are talking.( RE: Make an appointment and we can discuss it. But I am here now. It is important to me) What happened to the Dr.'s who would take the time to get to know and listen to their patients?

I love this practice. The receptionist always gets me in right away and I never have long waits like at most doctors. I've seen both docs here and they both listen and explain everything really well.

All the reviews are true. Very arrogant and condescending. At my last visit, I didn't even tell all my symptoms because I just wanted to leave. Have switched since then.

I was Dr. Carlotta's patient for 4 years, until today. Today, she left me in the waiting room for nearly an hour while she visited with pharma reps. When I confronted her on her priorities and taking up my time for 60 mins longer than planned, she exploded. She let loose with over-the-top rage, refusing to be my doctor any longer and practically demanding an apology from me!I sat in her waiting room for nearly an hour, sick, coughing, and looking for care. Instead of receiving the medical attention I needed, I was screamed at, while she instructed the nurse to have me thrown out.Dr. Carlotta believes that my perception of her spending her time with the pharma reps was incorrect. She claims that she only saw them for "15 seconds". Whether my perception of a longer visit is true or not, it's not just MY perception, doc. That's what all of your patients think. When I did finally leave, another patient in the waiting room was asking for her co-pay back as well, telling the nurse that she… would come some other time. She too, had been waiting well-beyond her appt time and was no longer going to wait either.I can honestly say after 4 years of observation, Dr. Carlotta is well-trained, she knows her stuff, and she can solve medical issues. However, she's so full of rage. It's always sitting there, right at the surface; any small amount of pressure and there's a volcano explosion of rage that comes out. It would do her well to work on her temperment, and it would also do her well to be a bit more honest with herself, attempting to work through conflicts like an adult instead of a 2-yr-old having a tantrum. I believe this is why she has high turnover of staff and can't keep patients.

She is not supportive or useful. She is very rude and disrespectful. It is clear that she has no respect for children or women who work. She is condescending and has no reality of what life is truly like. I am a working mother, wife and teacher. I am educated and actually pay for my insurance and services. She does not even have the courtesy to ask my name. I will never go to her again.
