Dr. Carlton Edwin Miller, MD

Dr Carlton E Miller does not care about your time. Over the last two years he is consistently 30 minutes to an hour late for our telehealth appointments…even when they’re very early in the morning (so it’s not like he can blame it on other patients’ appointments running late). Today I waited an hour and a half for him for our telehealth appointment and he never showed. I called the office and there was no answer either. His office calls you, text you, and emails you reminders for your appointment and then the doctor does not show up. If you value your own time do not go to see him.

I had a 10:30 am. Appointment, I was not called back until 12:00 noon. That's entirely to long for a new patient and no one apologizes or explain why.

While Dr. Miller is a great doctor, the front office is a little less than great. Waiting for more 10 minutes for anyone to answer the phone in a doctor's office is ridiculous.

The nurse is unreliable in handle patients documents in a timely manor. I had an application I hand delivered to the office to be signed by the doctor and sent out. One month later no response from the company so I called only to fine out nothing was sent to them. After multiple calls to the nurses vm I got a response it was miss place. Now once again I am waiting for her to return documents so I can get my medicines. If I didn't like the doctors methods I would surly leave....

Very bad experience!

wait 3 hours at each appointment. He talks over you and doesn't listen. Office staff is rude and uncaring. I am in terrible pain and they won't see me until May.

Spent lots of time there, and lots of money...upfront, besides what my insurance would pay, before I could see him. 3-4 weeks later, I heard about some of the tests the practice took...and just a see you in three months, the doctor can't see you any sooner.
