Dr. Carlton Lee Stadler, MD

I was seen by Dr Stadler and felt he didn't listen to my symptoms which led to a misdiagnosis that was life threatening. If he had paid closer attention to my symptoms and asked more questions of me I might not have become septic. He sent me home in spite of the fact that I had collapsed and had to be brought to the hospital by ambulance, I had had an ongoing fever throughout the day and inflammation stemming from a staph infection on my nose. The following morning I had a fever of 103.8 and had become septic.

He wasn't my ED physician but I heard he was there and he had treated my daughter once, and his wife is her primary care MD. Even though I was there because I was drunk and I was obnoxious, once he got the message I wanted to say hello he was very kind and compassionate. I wish I could say the same about my nurse since I am an ED nurse who just found out her Mom was dying.
