Dr. Carly Elizabeth Nicholas

Firstly, I spent an hour filling out forms on MyChart 2 days before my visit. Then received a call from a rude and flustered Deborah who required me to print the forms from their website and bring them as they were unable to print the info from MyChart. We spent 15 minutes looking for forms online that she didn’t even know how to locate and refused to email the forms to me. Overall she seemed incompetent. Then when I arrived for my appointment, the front office worker who was def having a bad day had me complete more forms again then required that I pay $144. I said I should not have a copay as I have met my deductibles and out of pocket limits. She said pay or I can go ahead and see Carly and they’ll just bill me if there is a charge. I asked them to verify with my insurance that I should have $0 copay. Office reiterated that their system is showing that I have not met my deductibles and would not call my insurance to verify. So I left due to their incompetence.
