I was told I was faking seizures. She did not order any testing unless I requested it. Time wasted. Staff is incredibly rude.

Focused on making babies and not helping patients. Office sounds like a daycare if they actually answer the phones. Complete horror show. Avoid if at all possible!

Dr. Scatton is awesome. She listens and she's thoughtful. I brought my husband in to see her and she was familiar with his case and had obviously read his chart. She is really professional and we feel lucky we found her.

Dr. Scatton is wonderful and Linda helped me get my meds approved. Great doc and office.

Sloppy and lazy. Finally got to talk to a receptionist one time and it sounded like a class room. Plenty of staff but not much happening. If you value your health avoid this office

Dr. Scatton is an excellent Neurologist located in Wrightstown, for your loved ones or friends. She will answer and explain in details to you and work with you on what medications do. #1.

Dr. Scatton saw me in the ER with a migraine so severe they thought it was a stroke. Follow up visit was better than I hoped for. She actually LISTENS, takes your pain seriously, is up to date on new medications and doesn't just push Imitrex. First neurologist I've ever seen that didn't make me feel dismissed as a "headache". We moved two hours away and I will still make the drive to see her.

I was visiting a new Hope Pennsylvania last summer and got a seizure the doctor saw me prescribe me medication and then I went back home to Florida where I saw a neurologist at my hometown the neurologist gave me medicine for another three months and then told me to get off it when I visited New Hope again this summer I got another seizure and Dr. Scatton Whitehead ‘s office would not make me an apt for 4 months And I did not want to go back on medication until I saw a doctor even though I was a patient of record she was upset I didn’t come back to her even though I explained I don’t live in New Hope If you can’t follow her rules I don’t use her because when you need her she might not see you

Dr. Carly Whitehead made a world of difference for my Deaf father who has Alzheimer's and severe brain trauma from a drunk driver who drove over him 17 years ago. Being in a uniquely difficult situation with 3 complicated issues, Dr. Whitehead, took the initiative to dramatically change his medicines to improve his life and for those caring for him. We had gone to two other well known and experienced doctors who did not look into changes that could help us. We were faced with increasing aggression from the brain trauma, night wandering from the Alzheimer's and the lack of facilities offering care takers who are fluent in American Sign Language. Now he continues to enjoy life at home with his family who uses ASL and he hasn't had any night wandering or aggression episodes since the changes made in October 2017.
