I met Dr. Voss when he was the director of MMC Outpatient Clinic in the 80s, "You need to remember, Ms. Libby, that in our business, the Customer is Always WRONG!" ....he said with a smirk when I filed a grievance against a male clinician, Bill Elgie, for making inappropriate "Freudian" remarks to me. Then he lied about what he had said during our fake "grievance meeting". In therapy, when I told him, after over a year and a half, that I didn't think he knew how to deal with childhood sexual abuse, his response was, "What did you want me to do, ask you for details of the 'sexy' parts of what happened." I started to cry but got up right in front of his face and said, "I don't think that would help because in order for me to explain the 'sexy' parts I would have to terrorize you! You see you don't get the sex w/o the TERROR!" He denied having said that and that is when Voss spoke up and condescendingly reminded me, "You need to remember, Ms. Libby, that in our business, the customer is… always wrong!" The grievance session promptly ended. This man should have been sued years ago and if anyone wants to join me in getting rid of him, please contact me. At the time this happened, my PTSD was too severe for me to go up against him alone. But years later, I joined 10 other women and took a doctor before the medical board and got his licensed revoked for a different reason. Never to late to get rid of the abusers like Voss.

He wrote a forensic report, with so many misquotes, unsourced quotes and outright falsifications, that I could not use his report, even though the results were all in my favor. I was afraid anyone who read it, would just throw it away or conclude against me because all of the obvious misstatements about the source material. Thousands of dollars and hours of my time down the drain
