I underwent Invisalign treatment with Dr. Phucas as was very pleased with my result. I went through orthodontics as a kid and never wore my retainers. This time around I will follow up as instructed to maintain my new smile. Team was great also. Highly recommend

What a wonderful experience! Dr. Carlyn Phucas and her staff are warm and welcoming. Both of my daughters had expanders and braces. I'm thrilled with their beautiful smiles. My husband also had Invisalign and loves his new smile. The staff are always so friendly and explained every visit in detail when my girls had braces. I would highly recommend Carlyn Phucas for braces or Invisalign. Hands down one of the best orthodontists in the area.

I spent thousands of dollars on invisalign lasting many months more than I was initially told and yet I still have an overbite and one front tooth is slanted and they don’t line up at all. Meanwhile she says “it looks good”. I would’ve continued treatment if I trusted it would actually work this time. I guess I’ll go elsewhere and start over again.

Was given a game plan for my daughters teeth correction and went with it . We paid in full and after 8 months were told we were finished with that stage ! There was more to be done for additional costs . Total rip off !

These folks get you into the office with the free mouth guard then over charge for crappy ortho corrections only to tell you for a few grand more we can try this ? Trickster phucas . Wish I could no star you !

This is where your hard earned money will be wasted. Consider other local orthodontist. Desperate for new business through aggressive advertising and marketing. Unless you want your child to be picked from school in their fancy hummer

Paid for Invisalign upfront in full. Had to have a tooth pulled one upper one lower before getting invisaline, wore invisaline for almost 3 years and I asked how long I was covered until and was told 2018. Next month she says my treatment is done because it doesn't cover the cost of paying her and her assistants. I still have a gap in the side of my upper teeth and I am extremely unhappy with my smile. When I went back and told her I would really like to continue treatment she said i would have to pay thousands of dollars all over again and lightly smacked me on the forehead. Now I have to go back every year to get my yearly retainer and feel uncomfortable. After thousands of dollars of investment and constant progress I shouldn't be stopped before I have the smile I was told I would have from the beginning. :(
