Dr. Carmel Joseph, MD

Have been a patient for several years now and I am still confused about this office because I would receive an appointment card for my next appt with Dr. Joseph and when I would arrive, the staff (Michelle or Nichelle) would state my appt was with the allergist and not Dr. Joseph. This happened on numerous occasions. NOt one staff member there would explain what the problem was. I ran into an ex-employee last year and she stated whenever Dr Joseph is TOO busy to see all his patients, he sends some of them to the allergist (next door) who I also just found out is his wife. I had to find out what was really going on from an ex-employee!!

Informed Michelle the office manager, several times that the office voice mail message needs to be changed. It states they are open Mon thru Fri. This is incorrect as they are not open on Wednesdays. I guess changing the message is not a priority.

I was referred to Dr. Carmel Joseph for a sleep study after many calls to their office and a month later I got my schedule sleep study done. After the sleep study no one called me about the results, I made the call to receive results and schedule appointment to talk to Dr. Joseph. He informed me I had severe sleep apnea and schedule me for the cpap sleep study quickly. Its been three weeks and I haven't heard back from them about getting a cpap. I have called and left messages and was called back and informed they have sent the order in and someone would call me. For someone whom has severe sleep apena you think they would hurry the process along. The lady that I've talked to about this is rude and does not seem to care.

After a sleep study, his office messed up putting in the order of the cpap machine. Dr Joseph won't return phone calls nor will he come out from his office to talk to me about the issue. He doesn't care about his patients, just how much money he can squeeze out of you.

HE IS TOP OF THE LINE as my MD I trust any day , I would trust him for almost any procedure, and have. .He has saved me many times he is one of our best patient centered mds in the entire csra, and is one of the best state IF YOU SHOULD CHOOSE HIM FOR YOUR DOCTOR, WITH ALL HIS AREAS OF EXPERTISE PLEASE DO NOT DESITATE TO CHOOSE HIM. MOST OF ALL MOST INSURANCE ACCEPPTED A CHOOSE YOU WILL NOT REGRET AND IT MAY INCREASE YOUR LIFE SPAN!!!

My overall visit was excellent. Dr. Joseph has such caring staff. They are very knowledgeable of the practice. Ms. Michelle, Ms. Dana, Ms. Brenda, and Sis, Linda always make my visit a great and caring visit. Thank You! Dr. Joseph is a 10 on the scale from 1-10! Awesome!
