Dr. Carmelina Luongo, MD

Always a seamless and friendly experience. I love Dr Luongo! I have had her since I was 16 years old and she always kind and considerate. She even remembers things about what I have done or accomplished despite only seeing me pretty much just once a year. I am grateful to have such a great doctor for all my woman health needs :)

While I like Dr. Luongo herself, I disagree with easy scheduling. I've had my appointment moved to an office a half hour away with little notice, with my only choice to either accept the move or wait months for my next appointment. I've now had a major outpatient procedure moved because it's inconvenient for the office to have only one person scheduled for a procedure that day. And that's exactly how it was presented to me. The necessary staff didn't want to come because it's "just me". And my only option was to either reschedule MID WEEK which now means three days off work instead of one, or push it out yet another month and risk the same thing happening if no one else happens to need a procedure that day. I guess this procedure can't be all that important or necessary since no one seems to be in a rush. Definitely get the vibe that they just don't care, and it's a little hard to like or trust a provider that puts their inconvenience above your health.

Incredibly rude and left crying after multiple visits

I did not like the way that Dr. Luongo treated me as a patient. I would not recommend this office.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Even the receptionist has a bad attitude. Horrible experience.
