Probably the worst doctor I’ve seen in my life. I waited 4 months to see him and he completely rushed me and he spent literally 3-4 minutes with me before demanding that I get knocked out with anesthesia for a full blown endoscopy. He didn’t listen to me or find out what was causing this acid reflux. This is exactly what we call a bad doctor that only wants $$ money to do surgeries and procedures. I will NEVER return to him - he sucks and should lose his license. Go elsewhere!

The communication differences between what the doctor and his staff tell me is so severe that I do not feel safe in his care.

What a wonderful Dr! Personable, thorough in his questions and reviewing of lab and medical reports, answers your questions and respects your choices in options he presents. Appointment not rushed and left leaving confident my opinions and decisions were respected as a patient and not condemned due to lack of agreement! How refreshing to know there are still Doctors who treat patients this way!! Thank you Dr Herrero

The office staff is the worst! I spent 5 days during my lunch hour to get through the office! One day at 415 I called and was #2 in the Que, and got disconnected at 5:05!I wanted the Dr's assistant Jonathan o call me back to see if I could have my endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time saving me days off of work and possibly some money. No c/b The Dr. wanted me to take this $85 prep, and I reluctantly did so I wouldn't have to miss 2 days of work. The report from the Dr. said I "didn't prepare fully for the procedure"! When I finally got Johnathan , he said why didn't I use the" free pills he had for preparation"? Believe me I would have done that had I know about it and saved myself some money. I trusted him when he told me he would call my incs. company to see why they wouldn't pay for a constipation medication and would call me back -- he didn't and gave me his extension--and didn't return my calls Also a problem about stopping meds -between office & SCecenter

Dr Herraro actually said he couldn’t help me. Very poor attitude.

Overcrowded, overbooked, angry patients from long waits.

After one visit he said he couldn’t help me with naseou. He tried nothing. Bad bedside manner.

Excellent physician. Takes his time to listen and makes sure you understand your options. He is not pushy or judgemental, just very caring and confident. He has been my gastroenterologist for a number of years. I highly recommended him.

Dr. Herraro is quite rude. He said he didn’t know why I was nauseous and told me there was nothing he could do.

Dr. Herrera spent 5 minutes with me and stated he couldn’t help me. I quit him fast.
