Dr Chase is a compassionate and understanding physician. She carefully listens and makes decisions for care only after full evaluation. She’s a helper and healer and someone I trust.

Rude, misdiagnosed me, and kept prescribing the wrong meds for what turned out to be bipolar. Did not see me in the hospital until discharge day. Had another (wonderful) doctor cover. When I finally saw her, she just said, “What?” Fortunately, I was able to switch pdocs fast. Horrible doc - meds made me suicidal and she increased them!!! License should be revoked.

I made the grave mistake of becoming a patient of Dr Carmen Chase in 2015 and my life was sent into a disastrous decline. Dr Carmen Chase COMPLETELY MISDIAGNOSED me ten times over and would continue to no take in the severe side effects and issues I was having due to her over medicating me on a total of NINE Bi - Polar medications. I finally obtained my medical records and was in complete shock at the amount of medication I was over prescribed by this woman. It’s a complete shame that people like this are in practice. I highly recommend staying clear of this so called mental health professional.

Dr. Chase is a heartless lying narcissist and I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to her. I wish she would have her license revoked because she definitely is incompetent.

I was a patient of Dr Chases’s for nearly two years and it was nothing short of a complete nightmare. I ended up being misdiagnosed by Dr Chase which lead into being prescribed numerous medications only to end up completely over medicated. The situation nearly cost me everything. Unbelievable that a train professional could be negligent to the extent that I experienced.

I missed two appointments and she dropped me like a hot potato.

I've seen Dr. Chase for several years. Her help was accurate and successful.

Stay away from this doctor. She misdiagnosed me over and over again. I ask if I have certain things that would have made since (and in the time after going to a better doctor found out everything she said I didn't have I do have). She doesn't have good manners to patient or the family. Curses at you during surgery day, doesn't believe it's medication side effects you are having but it's you that are lying. Also belittled me and gave me ultimatums that were pretty much yelled at us and were strange uncalled for in the way she did things. This doctor kept me sick and made me worse with meds and an ECT that made me worse (and was unnessessary proceeder for my case). I rate this doctor a negative number if I could.
