Dr. Carmen Irina Fischer, MD

Not like Kaiser Permanente does anything about the horrible reviews this person has but here’s my 2 cents .. like everyone else mentions she’s just horrible .. the whole purpose of being in the medical field is to help and care.. she does neither .. she lied straight out and recorded it for what reason ? Who cares Kaiser doesn’t .. she’s combative for no reason .. argumentative, un-professional professional. In loving caring and in my situation showed straight out she was in informed of what she was looking for or doing in my instance. I’m no Dr or trying to be . But she contradicted herself several times. She is not able to control her anger which she should not have been angry anyways.. she refused to do exactly what she was being paid to do in order to be in compliance with what she is supposed to do to stick to protocol.. just horrible experience.. she’s going to get Kaiser in trouble because of this person who doesn’t deserve to be called a Dr.. proof is in the pudding .. look at… all the horrible reviews .. but hey Kaiser has money to pay the lawsuits so obviously they don’t care either

This doctor was treating my wife until Laura fell and broke her hip, then she broke her back as a result my wife went into the hospital. While in 3 hospitals she was treated by doctors other than Dr. Carmen Fisher. After Laura was in the hospital for 6 months Dr. Fisher dropped her. She accused Laura of doctor shopping and blackballed her with every doctor in Kern County. This woman is a lousy doctor and should have her licence revoked. I may sue her.

Staff is a nightmare,I would not send my worst enemy there

I feel the only concern the Dr has is the money she gets from patients, very callous abrupt and totally concerted about the money,that her patients generate for her.she would be better suited as a bank loan officer.I feel sorry for her patients.

DR. Fisher works for the insurance companies and denies patients medical care without even seeing them. She works for the insurance companies not for the patients.

I have been treated by Dr. Fischer for problems with my neck. She spent a lot of time with me, was very thorough, diligent, explained why do I have that problem and what I need to avoid in the future. The treatment was successful and I attribute that to the expertise of Dr. Fischer. I highly recommend her to anyone who may be in pain or discomfort.

Extremely patronizing doctor. Didn't listen to me, and had zero interest in helping me.

She was called out of the exam room & came back all shook saying she was in trouble w/Dr Palencia for goofing up on another patient & she stayed distracted the rest of my visit. Advised she would do a procedure to help with my pain but I'd have to come back in 2 weeks to get it (my ins. doesn't require preauthorization) so she obviously didn't care about my pain but only about billing for another visit. Once the strength of my prescription was written wrong (doubled) & her response: oops they goofed. Another time she came in, put on a mask & said everyone makes her sick. She stayed across the room by the door even though when I made the appointment I told them I needed a treatment (trigger points or something) for the severe pain flare up I was having. She said she'd gone over her allowed 15 minutes never addressing my pain and walked out. Her MA came in w/a shot and said where do u hurt, where do u want it? That was the icing on the cake, I would NEVER allow her to treat me… or anyone I cared about again. New Dr. treats with care and compassion and is focused on my medical needs rather than watching the clock and billing for extra appointments. She's a terrible excuse for a doctor let alone a pain specialist who should have compassion and be caring. Stay clear!
