Carmen hill Mekoba is a doctor that is only in it for the money. This isn’t even one persons opinion. Look her name up, she couldn’t pay anyone enough to scrub the internet of how terrible she treats patients. She’s a doctor that gives 0 sympathy, takes your money and goes. Carmen hill got offended due to being told she needs to be a better doctor and better to her patients then decided to get me terminated from the only medicine I could afford. She’s a doctor that lives in a mansion and only wants your money. You’ll see the astronomical amount of places she’s worked and been fired from online due to her attitude. You can look her up and find a ton of bad things about her but if you want a cemented truth that she runs around just to collect money here’s a cease and desist from Hawaii department of health due to another one of her money grabs. On October 15, 2021, Carmen Hill-Mekoba emailed DOH OHCA that Embry's information was awaiting her review and that all documents including… CLIA certificates, the CMS-116 CLIA Application for Certification form, OHCA 1513 Disclosure of Ownership form, current manual of methods, procedures and test result reporting, and a list of current testing sites with start dates would be submitted by Monday, October 18, 2021. On Monday, October 18, 2021, Carmen Hill-Mekoba emailed DOH OHCA a manual entitled "procedure Binder7.pdf" and a list of collecting depot sites with start dates. The collecting depot sites included Wahiawa District Park, Waipahu District Park, Kahala Mall, Kaimana Beach Hotel Waikiki, and Mauna Kea Resort (Big Island). The list of sites did not include Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park (CORP) in Waipahu. Other documents listed in her October 15, 2021 email were not submitted to DOH OHCA. On October 19, 2021, DOH OHCA received an email from Carmen Hill-Mekoba, Embry Health, "requesting that the application for the collecting depot be withdrawn." Determination of Uncertified Status As a result of Embry Health's withdrawal of the application for the collecting depot or depots in the State of Hawaii, DOH OHCA has determined that Embry Health is operating a collecting depot or depots without demonstrating it is a clinical laboratory certified under 42 C.F.R. Part 493 Subpart A and without the written approval of DOH OHCA for the establishment of each depot as required by law and has determined Embry Health has been in violation of the law for a minimum of two hundred seven (207) days based on the summary of evidence below.

I would give no stars if I could. She cancelled my appointment while I was waiting for her and rescheduled me knowing I had been out of meds for over 3 months.i got extremely irate and left her a message saying she needs to be more considerate to patients and that she should go *** herself. Well then Dr.Carmen Hill Mekoba couldn’t just take the words to improve on being a better doctor so what do you think she did? She used the microscopic amount of power she had to get me terminated from my ketamine treatments through the only company I could afford. She fully knows joyous is the only affordable company and now knows I will never be able to afford my medicine again. She’s a bit out of touch with reality though, she’s what you would expect of a doctor. She lives in one of the most expensive neighborhoods you can get into in Arizona. I’ll tell you you don’t get to live there by not treating your patients like $$$. Carmen Hill has no care for her patients, you are only a dollar sign… for her, it’s pretty clear by Mekobas reviews she’s a terrible doctor and needs her license taken away.

She was supposed to call for a military reservist tele health exam and never did. No explanation as to why. The company I got correspondence from is Golden Touch Healthcare in Scottsdale, AZ but they don't really have an online presence. Probably some podunk operation trying to get easy money from the government.

Terrible. Had an exam and was told she would send my exam info to where it needed to go. She ended up quiting and didn’t send my stuff. It’s been about 5 months. Absolutely mind boggling. I am contemplating litigation.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Carmen Sharon Hill-Mekoba. First of all she advertises herself as a doctor, but she is actually a nurse practitioner. This is incredibly misleading and she should get her license revoked for such a dangerous lie. I visited her for my health concerns. The doctor was extremely negligent, displaying a lack of care and attention that caused severe harm to my health. During the appointment, the doctor failed to listen to my concerns, dismissed my symptoms, and failed to perform a proper examination. As a result, I was not correctly diagnosed, and my condition worsened. I am highly dissatisfied with the treatment provided by this doctor and feel that their negligence is unacceptable. The lack of attention and care shown to patients can lead to incorrect diagnoses, worsened health, and even life-threatening consequences. I highly recommend that this doctor be held accountable for their actions to prevent similar situations from happening to other… patients. A doctor's or in her case a nurse’s primary responsibility is to provide proper care and attention to their patients. Any act of negligence during a medical appointment can lead to severe consequences, and patients should be able to trust that their health is in capable hands. It is essential that medical professionals are held responsible for their actions to ensure that patients receive the care they need and deserve.
