Dr. Holmes has a nasty attitude and didn’t listen nor seem to care about my health. She’s in the wrong field and I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her. Very unpleasant experience.

I had a Teledoc visit with Dr. Carmen Holmes this past Saturday for an acute medical issue. I found Dr. Holmes to be not only thorough in her assessment, but also educational about why I was experiencing my problem and collaborative in my treatment plan. She was engaged and spent extra time that other doctors would not have. I found her positive, professional, and actually very comforting since I had an uncomfortable health problem pop up on a Saturday. I was impressed by her.

My experience with Dr. Holmes was absolutely fantastic. For 30+ years I had been treated for a reoccurring skin infection by multiple family physicians and at multiple quick care treatment centers thru out the country. Typically it would take 2-3 weeks (and combinations of multiple antibiotics) for the infection to clear. Upon meeting Dr. Homes she reviewed (and we discussed) my written medical history. In addition to antibiotics she prescribed a another drug that has been around for more than 25 years. Within a few days the infection was almost completely cleared. In my lifetime, I have been treated by many physicians (all over the country)...... my experience with Dr. Holmes has been 5 Stars all the way.

Condescending doctor who doesn’t let you speak and shares pateint information. Avoid at all costs

Wonderful staff, but beware of this physician!!! Dr. Holmes doesn’t listen well and has an extremely off putting bedside manner. I would not recommend seeing her unless she has an attitude adjustment and a desire to learn beyond medical school. If she wants to help her patients, she must recognize she’s not the ultimate authority. The best prognosis isn’t achieved by physical examination alone, but in addition to patient reports. For her sake, and most important the health of her patients, she must humble herself: be present and pay attention.
