Waited 2 hours for my appointment. Doctor was unapologetic. Listening and social skills are lacking. All's I wanted was a second opinion, which apparently was of no interest to her and tried to refer me elsewhere. For the 5 minutes I had with her, she charged my insurance $1100.00. Avoid this doctor, go to a REAL doctor. Do your homework.

A la hora que escribo estas líneas, son la 1:33 a.m. (sí: se la madrugada!) y estoy apenas saliendo del #quirófano, después que NO ME HICIERAN NADA!!! Esperando en la oficina desde las 7:00 pm hasta la 1 y pico de la madrugada, para que la doctora me dijera que no podía hacerme la #radiofrecuencia en los nervios de la columna porque aún estaba esperando respuesta del fabricante de los clavos de titanio que tengo en la coyuntura sacroilíaca, para ver qué tan cerca podía llegar con la aguja de radiofrecuencia. Digo yo: si el fabricante no te ha respondido para las 5:00 de la tarde del día laboral, por qué rayos no me llamas para decirme: “No vengas. Hagamos la cita otro día.” Ah, no; es mejor hacerlo pasar hambre a uno durante más de 10 horas en ayuno y echarnos el viaje de 75 millas ida y vuelta a la clínica, y a las mil y una de la noche regresar con soberana rabieta. Me dice: “Puedo hacerte el tratamiento epidural.” Le dijo: “Ok.” Inmediatamente me dice: “No: tampoco se puede porque… no tengo un #MRI (resonancia magnética) reciente tuyo.” Le digo: “Cómo así, si me lo hice la semana pasada?!?” “No: solo tengo el de marzo y es muy viejo.” El informe? Bien, gracias: nunca revisó si estaba en mi expediente o no. Me dice: “Te pongo las inyecciones de bloqueo normales del otro día” sabiendo que no me ayudaron para nada. Le dije: “No. Basta. Quítame la aguja del brazo donde me tienen la vía y hasta aquí llegamos. Es inaceptable que esto pase y me lo digas EN QUIRÓFANO, justo antes del procedimiento.” De verdad que hay cada PIRATA en este país: MATASANOS!!! No entiendo cómo rayos se graduó esta tipa de #Harvard. Qué quedará para los demás? Lo peor: tiene mis $45 de copado porque la secretaria ya se había ido. #malapraxis

I thought I had some bad doctor experiences prior to this office, but boy was I wrong. I literally was there for 6 HOURS... 3.5 hours of which I was left in a waiting room. What universe is that okay? The kicker was that she didn't even help. I called ahead of time to confirm they provide cortisone injections for the shoulders (I have chronic bursitis that is debilitating due to pain and inflammation)... and provided supporting MRI results. I received a couple pin pricks in my back and was dismissed and ignored when I pleaded for some form of treatment on my shoulder, AKA why I desperately waited for 6 HOURS in what equated to solitary confinement. Shame on you and your chaotic disaster of an office. Clearly one doctor cannot handle an entire office of that size. Surprised they are still in business.

First time there. Had an appointment at 430, arrived on time. First I had to call my own insurance to find out my copay and pay it up front. 40 bucks. Doctor doesn’t walk in until 6pm. I finally get fed up at 8 and ask for refund am convinced to come back another time. I call next day as I am moving and have two young children under the age of five to have my copay money refunded. I am denied the refund and told they were doing me a favor by not charging me a 50 dollar cancellation fee for walking out.

After being re scheduled two times due to Dr. Personal reason, I went to Dr Muresan office with a terrible pain in my back and she arrived late and then I waited 3 hours in her office waiting for her while she was laughing with other patients. She decided to see patients that arrives before me in way better condition. It is a very "old fashion office", bring your insurance card, since they do not accept electronic copies, since her assistan is not able to read e-mail. Worse experience ever. PS: After 3 more than 3 hours waiting, I decided to leave the office. No body cared about it.

I stumbled upon Dr Carmen when my UPS guy delivered a package of the latest gadget I bought for my back. Said Dr Carmen took care of his back pain. After a few treatments she took care of mine as well. She really knows her stuff. Thanks doc! Laura J

LA MEJOR NO PODIA DEJAR DE PONERLE UN REVIEW A ESTA MARAVILLOSA DOCTORA QUE ME HA DEVUELTO LA VIDA. YO HE PADECIDO DE DOLORES DE ESPALDA POR MUCHOS AÑOS PERO HACE UNOS MESES ME DIO UN DOLOR HORRIBLE QUE ME COGIA TODA LA PIERNA. FUI A VER VARIOS MEDICOS Y ME MANDARON MEDICINAS Y INYECCIONES QUE NO ME AYUDARON Y MI TIO ME RECOMENDO A LA DOCTORA CARMEN. INCREIBLE ME HIZO DOS INYECCIONES UNA CADA SEMANA Y HASTA LUEGO DOLOR COMPLETAMENTE CURADO. GRACIAS DOCTORA DIOS BENDIGA SUS MANOS

Yo solo pongo review cuando algo realmente me impresiona y la doctora carmen definitivamente me impresiono con sus conocimientos y sus procedimientos a mi me dio un dolor en el nervio siatico que no me dejaba dormir ni trabajar nada. La doctora me vio el lunes y el martes me puzo unas injecciones en la columna y listo el mismo miercoles pude regresar a trabajar todo el que tenga dolor que vaya a ver a la doctora carmen

WOWW QUE EXPERIENCIA, QUE ALEGRIA HABER ENCONTRADO A LA DOCTORA MURESAN. YO SOY UN PASIENTE QUE A PESAR DE SOLO TENER 39 ANIOS TENGO UNA NEUROPATIA DIABETICA MUY FUERTE. POR MUCHOS ANIOS HE SUFRIDO UNOS DOLORES INSOPORTABLES, MI NEUROLOGO ME RECOMENDO A LA DOCTORA MURESAN Y FUI ME EXAMINO Y ME HIZO UNOS BLOQUEOS DE NERVIOS, INCREIBLE LOS DOLORES SE ME HAN DESAPARECIDO POR COMPLETO. POR MUCHOS ANIOS HABIA PENSADO QUE NUNCA ME PODRIA SALIR DE ESTOS DOLORES PORQUE LOS MEDICAMENTOS AYUDAN PERO NO ELIMINAN EL DOLOR. FUI A VER A LA DOCTORA CARMEN Y ME MANDO UN MRI PARA VER QUE ESTABA PASANDO Y YO PENSE QUE NO ME LO HIBA A PODER HACER PORQUE OTROS DOCTORES ME LO HABIAN MANDADO PERO MI SEGURO SIEMPRE LO DENEGABA. PERO INCREIBLEMENTE SU STAFF PROCESO LA AUTORIZACION Y EN UN DIA ESTABA AUTORIZADO ME HICE EL ESTUDIO Y LUEGO 3 PROCEDIMIENTOS CON LA DOCTORA QUE ME ELIMINARON EL DOLOR POR COMPLETO, YA LLEVO 4 MESES SIN DOLOR Y HOY FUI A UNA CONSULTA DE SEGUIMIENTO Y ESTOY SUPER CONTENTA ESPERO EL DOLOR NO ME REGRESA PERO SI VUELVE NO DUDARE NI UN SEGUNDO EN IR DONDE LA DOCTORA CARMEN. GRACIAS!!!
