Dr. Carmen J Ortiz-Butcher, MD

Dr Ortiz is negligent and unethical. She has and failed to follow through on patient requests. She takes blood test randomly and never gives feedback on results. The office is chaotic and she charges foreigners $600 for a session. She is u fit to practice medicine.

Very caring, accurate diagnosis and excellent follow up. Always available.

She spent 1/ 1/2 hours with me on my first visit. She listened attentively and with empathy. She was the first doctor who figured out what was wrong with me after having seen almost 10 physicians including specialists at Mayo clinic , Duke University and the University of Miami. I can't recommend her any higher than fantastic.

Dr. Ortiz-Butcher and her staff are highly professional. Dr. Ortiz-Butcher is a brilliant doctor.

Really liked the amount of time spend with me explaining my medical diagnosis(s) and what to do to help correct. Also excellent with applicable medicine and goes out of her way to explain how it works and follows up with insurance requirements when only certain medications will help to insure an inappropriate substitute is not used.

I learnt a lot from her. Her staff was friendly. Manny was awesome, And her biller was courteous.

-office staff needs to get with the program: last 5 visits have all cost me over 1 hour each in wait times.
