Extremely rude staff. I called as a new patient and the person on the phone gave me attitude right from the start. I only asked a simple question at first and then wanted to confirm if they need my insurance’s member ID number, in which they hung up on my and avoided my call back. I only talked to the person for less than 20 seconds.

am very grateful to Dr. Sainz, my son regularly needed a nebulizer, until he made a drastic allergy to dogs and cats and went to the allergist. Thank God since Dr. Sainz takes care of him, he never needs albuterol anymore. I consider her very professional and attentive, as well as her entire Coral Gables team.

Dr Sainz is one of the most brilliant, gracious, and professional doctors in Miami. I am a severe asthmatic with unique triggers that baffled multiple doctors, pulmonologists, allergists for decades. My doctors couldn't nail down what was the root cause of my attacks every two weeks for years requiring cortisone shots in desperation, I had to find a solution quickly. On a recommendation from a doctor in the 90's He referred me to Dr Sainz because she was good at these difficult cases. After her careful tests and analysis she was able to determine I had very sensitive lungs that would trigger severe reactions and needed a combination of treatments not just cortisone. With in weeks my attacks stopped and didn't return for years once I followed her treatments which she in time she reduced to almost nothing and I was finally off cortisone. I highly recommend Dr Sainz and cant express enough how she changed my life and many others. To me she is a godsend. If you are looking for doctor that… truly cares, listens and is completely preoccupied with your best best interest in mind, Dr. Sainz is that doctor.
