The initial appointment went well. Right after this appointment Dr. Villabona requested that I would post a review. I did. Never before had any doctor requested that from me. She ordered a test done in her office. Never heard anything from the office. She ordered lab tests. They were out of range (the lab sent them to me). Three months later I got lab tests again with the same outcome. I am sure Dr. Villabona is a very knowledgeable endocrinologist but in Medicine, you always need the human touch too.

The initial appointment was decent, and the doctor was professional and thorough enough considering that additional bloodwork was needed to make a final determination. After the initial lab results came in, the office called suggesting another procedure to be done. Due to concerns about the procedure, I requested the doctor to call me back. I was told "24 hours". After 48 hours passed, was given the same "24 hours" response. Now it's a week and I'm very unhappy and called the office again. Again I was given the "24 hours" response again??? This is totally unacceptable and not health "care". I'm just about done with this office!

Was extremely happy with Dr. Villabona. She took her time to listen and made me feel very comfortable. She took ultrasound of goiter and did not at that time feel it necessary to biopsy. Stayed under her care following and then she informed me she would be leaving cleveland clinic. I have researched her whereabouts and have every intention of scheduling to continue with her treatment.

I have been Dr V’s patient for several years and she has always impressed me with her knowledge, professionalism and compassionate approach to patient care. One of the best!

Dr. Villabona is one on the most gentle, kind, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable and thoughtful doctors I have ever met. My sister goes to Dr. Villabona and I always accompany her, and what a blessing it is to have a loved one under her care. Highly recommend!!!!! I saw some negative reviews and I am dumbfounded!! I know quite a few people who see Dr. Villabona and everyone loves her!

Dr Villabona is a wonderful physician. She is personable, kind, and thiughtful. While she is up to date on the most recent guidelines, she also understands that there are specific patient variables that may exclude them from guideline directed therapy.

I was a patient of Dr. Villabona for over 9 years and my experience was excellent. She always treated me with kindness and respect and listened to all of my concerns. Dr. Villabona treated my hypothyroidism before, during and after my pregnancy and always kept my levels perfectly controlled. Dr. Villabona took the time to explain details of my disease that no other specialist had explained in years past. I had to stop seeing her because I changed my insurance and since then I have struggled finding another physician as kind and competent as her. I miss her and highly recommend her!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Villabona since she joined the Cleveland Clinic. She has always been very attentive to our needs whether in relation to my husband diabetes issues or my need to see several doctors due to an accident. She not only provides her services with care and compassion but makes sure that you see other specialist promptly, when necessary. She is always on time and has an excellent attitude with her patients.

I ‘ve been a patient of doctor Villabona for more than 9 years. I ‘ve been seen by her for diabetes and Hashimoto’s disease. She’s an excelent and professional doctor. I would highly recommend her.
