Was dismissed over the telephone by front worker for asking questions about my bill. Was told it was breach of trust and not to come back. Office manager is the physician’s wife so she does whatever she wants. You must pay up front no questions asked and you cannot be seen if insurance doesn’t cover everything and you will need to pay. They charge over 300 dollars per visit just to get med refills. They do not care if you are left needing medication, help weaning off medication, or finding you another provider. If you question anything you will be dismissed from their practice. Please beware of this place and seek help elsewhere if you can. Please read other reviews that also confirm their handling of payments and dismissal. They do not abide by their contract agreement with insurance companies and will hang up on insurance companies that try to call them on your behalf. It’s sad that the medical community can treat their patients this way and shows their priorities.

Chronic Care Management billing scam! Bills you for monthly records reviews that Medicare doesn’t pay. You’re billed regardless if you’ve been seen that month.

Spends time in helping you to understand problems . Explains medication needs, very pleasant reception area, friendly staff. Dr. Fiorentino ask questions and encourages you to ask questions.

Staff thinks more about how much they can charge you instead of your care.

He is a GREAT Doctor. I have no health insurance, and he still took me as a new patient! FINALLY a Doctor who cares about his patients. I was hosptialized & he was a far better Doctor, he actually came to see me 2 or 3 times when before, my old Dr. would only send his nurse!

Charge a $25 fee for transfer of records.
