She was rude and dismissive, my husband tested positive for coronavirus. Temp of 103…He is 78 and high risk. I called 2 emergency rooms before we made the trip to St. Frances er. Just to be sure we were doing the correct thing. She came in the exam room… “why are you here?” “What do you expect me to do?” “I’m not sure we even treat with Pavlovix any more… let me ask my colleagues “. Like we had some nerve showing up in her ER. I NEVER leave reviews like this, her attitude was not needed .

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Abbatiello at my last visit in the ED. She actually came out to the waiting room to take me in, I am still not sure why, but it was greatly appreciated that she came out there. She was a little rushed, but straight and to the point. She was able to diagnose me fairly accurately after some tests and explain the deal as well as some follow-up tips for when I get home. She was great.

Previous review might just have caught her on a nice day. She has been my ED twice over a couple of years and always has a nasty rude and obnoxious attitude. NO Dr. has the right to yell at a cooperative patient. Sick of her nastiness, and I wish there was accountability for Dr behavior.
