Dr. Carol Hicks Broadway, MD

Dr. Broadway has been my children's pediatrician since they were born - 14 years now! She is the kindest, most loving doctor to my children and I respect and depend on her knowledge. Wait times can be long but I will continue to see her as long as I can. I highly recommend Dr. Broadway!

Dr Broadway is nice when I get to see her, but usually it's quite hard for me to get a time to see her even a couple weeks out. I either have to see the PA (who is very young and knows very little - less than me who has been an RN for some time) or I have to wait. And after waiting for an appointment for two weeks, it never fails that I wait to see her for at least an hour and a half - once over two hours. This is a combined time of waiting room, nurses, and just sitting around in the room waiting on her. Today they brought us into a dirty room where they didn't even sanitize the table, just pulled some new paper down on it. Then removed what appeared to be a vomit bucket from the room. I finally left at the hour and twenty minute mark. I'm finding a new pediatrician.
