Dr. Carol S Browne

Dr. Browne is unique and rare in today's world of truly dedicated physicians. She listens and hears your concerns, doesn't just preach and write prescriptions. I have never met a more down-to-earth caring doctor!

I read good reviews about Dr Browne. That is why I chose to see her. My first appointment was with her Nurse Practitioner In the Trinity office who was very courteous.Dr was booked for the next 30 days. My second follow up visit was with Dr Browne in the Tampa office. She seemed polite, I asked for a script to get an MRI , made my appointment with Imaging place and the day before the scheduled procedure, I get a phone call from Tower imaging letting me know that the diagnostic code was incorrect on the script and insurance company did not pre authorize procedure. The office was supposed to contact imaging which they never did , I called twice to speak with Dr Browne and both times left messages with her assistant "Emmy" . I got a return call from assistant instead of Dr. In the end nothing was resolved, I was told to go to ER if I was in pain. I am a little disappointed. I called the office to cancel my appointment and spoke with "Emmy" again who asked for the reason for canceling… ... (Do I really need to give the reason?). I just hope that she cancelled my appointment and I don't get charged a "no show" fee... I had been with my prior Dr for over 10 years and never had any issues. The only reason I changed Dr was because I moved. I am looking for another DO

This Dr and staff is horrible with following through with results and phone calls. Does not seem to care about their patients.

She is the best Dr i've ever seen.

Dr Browne is a good listener. She is patient and kind and extremely smart. My husband and I are so fortunate to have her in our lives as our Medical Doctor.

I love her so much and feel so happy that I found her! Finally, a Doctor I trust to be thorough, and SMART.

Dr. Browne is a no-nonsense physician who gets to the heart of your health with a huge caring heart. She has "saved my life" more than once! I recommend her to everyone.

I ADORE this doctor. Dr. Browne is intelligent, empathetic, patient, and has the well being of her clients as her most important concern. So why two stars? Her staff...today is Thursday and I have called at least once every day this week. All I need is a med refill ! Monday-no return call, Tuesday- receptionist insisting that I need to make an apt, but said she would have the nurse call me back, Wednesday- called Tampa office again and then called Trinity location where she was located that day. It's Thursday at 10 AM and I'm still waiting for a lousy phone call. From previous reviews I've read, this is par for the course. Staff is disorganized, very young, and always seems to have something more important to do. I haven't been in once when they weren't confused over one thing or another. Her nurse or CMA is great...once you get her on the phone. Otherwise, you're promised a call back that obviously doesn't happen. I'm debating these issues to see if it's a deal breaker or… if I'll stay with Dr. Browne. I knew the med refill would be like pulling teeth, which is why I started calling on Monday. And as an RN who used to work in an MD's office, I can empathize...to a point. The ;latest I ever called a patient back was the following morning...not four days later, which is unforgiveable.

Dr Browne is the best Dr I have ever had. She is willing to listen andteakes the time to explain. You don't feel rushed and she is very caring.
