Dr. Carol J Burgess, MD

I am another patient of Dr. Burgess who was so surprised that she left her practice in Albany. She had been my doctor for over 20 years, and I haven't been able to find a doctor since who shares the rapport I had with her. I truly miss her.

She is one of the best internal medicine practitioners! I believe one of her strongest talents is as a diagnostician; she also did not leave anything to fate- she ordered tests if it was best to rule out the worst. She remembered me and I felt special across the 21 years she has been my doctor. She never, never had to say "I am unfamiliar with that, let me check". She could tell me natural medicine options or add ons every time she developed a treatment plan for me. Such a keen doctor- one of the best. We are all hoping that she is well. Secondly, we are hoping to have her in our lives again.

I as well as my family have been treated by Dr. Burgess for over 20 years. We are hopeful that she will begin practicing in the Albany area in the future. We certainly wish her well and hope that she takes as great care of herself as she did of our family. I have had some very serious health issues and I cannot express in words how helpful she was in reassuring me about the treatment that I chose and guiding me through serious health issues. She is an excellent listener, practioner and professional. I hope Dr. Burgess is aware of the exceptional care, reassurance and comfort that she provided to her patients. She is the best physician I have ever had the privilege to know. I would travel 100 miles and wait hours to be treated by her again. Dr. Burgess if you see this, please let your patients know where you are if you should open another practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carol Burgess for over 25 years. Not only is she an excellent doctor but she's a wonderful person!!! The office didn't give me an explanation as to why she's not there anymore but I'm praying that she's ok. If anyone knows whether she joined another practice, please let me know.P.S. Most of the time I had to wait for her but I would have waited hours!

Husband, daughter and myself received excellence in caring, care for 20 years. Extraordinary breadth of knowledge. Great at listening and paying attention to details. She always was respectful and kind, which fostered a trusting patient-physician relationship. Carol Burgess cares and makes a difference. We're praying she is well and miss her.

Where are you Dr. Burgess? I have been going to you for over 15 years. You were so attentive to my health problems. I could tell you anything that was going on with me and feel you absolutely cared. Please go back into practice and let all of your patients know where you are going to be located.

Dr. Burgess is a wonderful physician. You have to wait to see her but it is worth it. She recently left Prime Care. Where did she go?
