Excellent service

Love Dr. Chincanchan and her staff, they really care for their patients. I showed up with my son very sick and no appointment and they still saw us. Dr. Chincanchan is a really caring and concerned dr. for all her patients I really do recommend her. Waiting time is reasonable we usually go in right away and get seen by the doctor, so kids go to school and I go back to work on time.

Dr. Chincanchan is a wonderful doctor. Very helpful and patient with my son who is autistic and scared to death of doctors. Great experience;)

I've been taking 4 of my kids to this office for a year, and although the receptionist is very friendly, it stops right there. The nurses are slow and not friendly with the exception of one nurse assigned to a different doctor. Shots and pricks were a nightmare with such a slow nurse. Dr. Chincanchan is so stern and cold, my kids would leave begging me never to take them back. I think she scared them. Not to mention the stare downs when you try to bring up any medical questions not related to the appointment visit! I got scared! However, she is excellent in diagnosing problems and she does follow up if there is one as well. She is a good DOCTOR, but bedside manners and friendliness leaves much to be desired for a pedi!!!

Never take your child here the wait is crazy and they tell you the wrong stuff now I am trying to get my doctors medical records released for her new doctor and they are giving me the run around!

I have always enjoyed Dr. Chincanchan, she is patient and my kids feel relaxed when she is in the room.
