Dr. Carolyn Anne Costa, MD

I was in the Er at hancock hospital. Bad choice! She wad ride and treated me terrible, nothing was resolved and she wrote in my report that I'm a drug addict! I have never used drugs! I will never use this ER as long as she is working there. What a terrible doctor and person! Only have one star, she doesn't deserve it

Dr. Costa is a very uncaring physician. She has a terrible bed side manner and lies about test results. She actually rolled her eyes at me when we we're talking. She acts like she doesn't want to be in the Hancock Regional Medical Center ER. If you have been in more than once for the same thing it's even worse. The nurse gave me more IV meds and told me that one of my test showed something and filled me in. Then Dr. Costa came in and said all the tests were fine. I questioned what the nurse said. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I heard her in the hall griping at the nurse for saying anything. The nurse came in and apologized to me, but I told her not to because she told me the truth. I was sent home in horrible pain.
