Dr. Carol Huang, MD

Dr Huang is unfit and severely unprofessional to be a dermatologist. I have been around long enough to know a great doctor vs. a really bad one. Stay away from this doctor. She is not open to answering any of your questions nor does she care. She is also reckless and not well educated enough to treat severe skin issues. She carries a bad air about herself and is very mistrusting. She misdiagnosed me and made my skin issues worse.

Just a horrific doctor. Dr. Huang should be locked up in jail in my opinion. She has left me in worst situation with my skin because of her negligence. Just keeps throwing topical steroids at me without any instructions or monitoring which has left me with TSW and severe skin disease. She is disgusting rude and arrogant - beware of her practice. She is physco and extremely careless with her treatments. Shame on her! When concerned about your medications she will not explain and disgard all your questions and concerns. She should be put in jail for malpractice.

There’s a lady Tiffany at front desk, i made appointment with here face to face one month ago, she told my appointment was set down successfully, then I record down in my cellphone, on the calendar and set a alert for it! when I come back on time for the appointment, they told me “ I don’t have appointment today! Or tomorrow or this month! So sick

Service desk was disorganized and rude. Waiting time was over 1 hour and 30 minutes! My appointment was for 10:50AM and i showed up early, but did not end up seeing the doctor till 12:35PM. When I saw the doctor, the doctor had rushed me through my diagnosis and I had many unanswered questions. There was no explanation detail explanation of what to do after. Very disappointed with this place. Think twice before coming to see this specialist.

I called to make an appt with Dr. Huang and was told they are fully booked. Tiffany confirmed that I'm able to walk in at 6:30pm after explained to her that I have rashes all over my face. When i arrived to the office, the other receiptionists insisted that I can't walk in at that time (Tiffany was gone for the day). Of course, I told them the whole story and all they said was it's a mistake. They gave me nasty attitudes and said that i'll be the last one to see the doctor. Seriously, they are NOT the only doctor. It's not free seeing the doctor, why i have to put up with their attitudes?
