Dr. Carol Ann Krupski, MD

I saw Dr. Krupski this evening for an ob appointment third trimester. After waiting almost two hours in waiting room, and another half hour for her to come into the room. She came in and knew NOTHING about my situation, history, didnt even know how far along i was. Did not know that I was at weekly visits. Its like she had not even cared to look at my chart to see what is going on. I had to tell her to check cervix. After she had done that, I told her about the horrible pain and pressure I had been having and how it has been getting alot worse. She did not ask one question about it, just proceeded to say "have you not read on how youre supposed to feel in this stage" which i thought was COMPLETELY unprofessional. She did not seem to care about any questions we had or concerns. She was rude. and not helpful at all. I am seriously considering switching doctors now because of this. I am disappointed. Every doctor I have seen in that practice has been great, except for her. I do not… recommend her at all!!

I was clearly suffering from post party anxiety and she was completely dismissive and even rude. I ended up in the emergency room due to high blood pressure from stress. She was not helpful at all.

I Love Her ! She makes you feel so relaxed. She takes time listening, she is gentle and friendly . She is Awesome !!! I hope to have have her forever !!!!

Do not read UPMC's surveys. They only send the survey when they think someone is happy. They don't send surveys to everyone. Dr. Krupski "tried" to do a biopsy which she could not do and basically dismissed me to a surgeon saying she "thought" I had endometriosis. Will not return my calls after repeated attempts to message and call her. I don't think she listens and certainly doesn't remember what you tell her or read your chart before your visit. She made conclusions about things to me while in the office based upon incorrect information on many occasions even forgeting I had breast cancer - kind of a game changer. I will not go back. She is way past caring about patients and is not thorough, does not seek out solutions with you. Going through the motions.

Always extremely professional and empathetic. Dr. Krupski has been my gyn/ ob dr for over 20 yrs and I love her!

Dr. Krupski is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She truly cares about her patients. She takes time to listen to your concerns and is very reassuring when there is a problem

Dr Krupski rushes through and doesn't explain things clearly. She got frustrated with me when I started to ask questions trying to understand what was going on. At one point I even wondered if she had looked at my history, because she gave me inaccurate info. I am switching doctors because I have lost my trust in her and need a doctor who will explain things to me without getting upset.
