they are out of the office more often than not it seems (3 of 5 business days) I rarely can speak with a person- usually have to leave a voicmail message and then they leave a voicemail message. I have an HMO and was referred to a doctor that was totally unnecessary rather than sending me straight to a physical therapist. For another diagnosis, she didn't give me a referral until after I brought it to her attention during at least 3 different appointments.

Dr Marinch is a fantastic doctor. She is kind, compassionate, caring and also extremely smart. She has helped me through a very difficult year and I am extremely grateful.

Dr. Marinch is a nice enough person but trying to set an appointment or get in touch with her in an emergency is nearly impossible. In fact, in her office, speaking to a "live" person is a rarity. Truly very frustrating when you simply want to make an appointment. A variety of tests were done but no one phoned us with results. The Dr. rarely returns a call and certainly doesn't go out of her way to visit patients in the hospital. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. We're kind of stuck with her. Thanks Obamacare!
