Dr. Carol Frances Milazzo, MD

I can't describe what she has done for my daughter in 15 words. AMAZING!

We arrived early to the appointment to complete the paperwork. The waiting room was empty, clean and we had a relatively short wait. After being called into the room the was another short wait...not really any longer that other doctor's offices. Dr. Milazzo has a state of the art record keeping system that gives the parent an easy to read synopsis of the visit and step by step instructions for follow up. She was very informed and listened to us...not all Drs. do this. Dr. Milazzo also gave us a follow up call afterwards to review on how we needed to proceed. I give her an A-.

NICE STAFF

We unfortunately had to go to this doctor because of insurance purposes. Dr Milazzo accepts medi-cal and it is pretty easy to get an appointment. However the office is very dirty, I would not and the equipment worn out. The Staff is downright rude and grumpy, they seemed inexperienced and have no bedside manner with kids or adults. We waited one time for two and a half hours for a scheduled regular check up. As you can imagine it is not much fun for a toddler to wait in a doctors office for long. Other times the average waiting time was an hour and a half. Once we saw a doctor or nurse they were in a hurry and rough with our child. Our kid loved going to the doctor, now after this doctor he panics as soon as we enter any kind of hospital. It is difficult to get ahold of doctor or a nurse after hours, they have the wrong phone number on their answering machine. You have to ask for the number in the office during hours. If you get ahold of the doctor she seems annoyed that you called.I… would not recommend going to this doctor. Avoid it at all cost.

Wait time was over 2 hrs

Dr. Milazzo tries but her office is a mess. Wait times are well over an hour - and the front office staff seems to have little interest in actually providing care. Very interested in getting your co-pay but not much else. She is understaffed and seems to mostly deal in medical patients and emergency visits.

The office is small & often crowded. I understand because finding a dr. in Roseville that accepts medical is a nightmare! My main gripe is that when ever I do go to take my kids in, I have to plan on spending the afternoon there....even with scheduled apts, we have spent nearly 2-3 hrs there from check in to end of visit! Other than that, the med. staff is kind & attentive. I really like thier computer patient file system. It's nice to have all the file info on a computer & accessible to any staff that may need to access it. I also like thier bedside manner. The only other thing I'm not happy w/ is that due to the level of patients in the office, the office staff is always very busy. I have been told more than once to call after I get home to set up the follow up apt. because they're so busy. I don't care for that because I don't feel I should have to do that.
