Dr. Carol S Nichols, MD

Dr Nichols retired and did not notify my mother of this leaving us with no one to manage her epilepsy or progressive dementia . She also failed to diagnose the dementia despite repeated signs it was progressing . She did the community a favor by leaving the profession.

No one took any vital signs , checked the gait and vision of a pt with poor recall and inability to answer screening questions . Dr Nichols is cery focused on her own misguided perceptions instead of attending to the needs and concerns of the patient and family

Not very comprehensive during vists. Seems to perscribe too many drugs and pain killers

Kudos, to Dr Carol Nichols! I am 52 years old and have always had migraine headaches. I have seen numerous healthcare professionals concerning these debilitating headaches over the past 47 years. I give Dr Nichols credit for promptly offering a medical solution to this incapacitating illness. This is one heck of doctor!
