Dr. Carol Papov is not only very friendly, caring, and kind, but she is also incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She truly works through issues with you until a solution is found and genuinely listens to what you are experiencing and how you feel. I especially appreciate that she takes my thoughts, feelings, and opinions about my care into consideration and considers the whole picture — physical, emotional, and even financial — when making care decisions. I have been seeing Dr. Papov for many years and feel 100% comfortable with her ever-expanding knowledge and her sincere commitment to helping her patients. I cannot say enough positive things about her and would highly recommend being under her care. Opal is...sunshine on a rainy day! She is compassionate, kind, charismatic and takes the time to make patients feel supported and cared for. She went out of her way to comfort me during a difficult appointment, and her empathy made a lasting impression. People like Opal… make a huge difference in a patient’s experience. The front office staff are also wonderful — warm, friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to assist patients and make the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It’s clear that everyone on this team truly cares about their patients. I am truly grateful for the care I receive from this entire team and feel very fortunate to have Dr. Papov. Dr. Papov is an amazing doctor - one I would recommend to all women. She listens and is thorough and it was only after seeing her that my health and wellbeing has improved significantly. I have not had anyone one better! Highly recommend.

I never felt rushed, Dr. Papov calmed me down when I was upset and answered all my questions. She was very gentile and I felt very comfortable. The New Milford Women's Health Center is excellent and Dr. Papov is the best.
