Dr. Carol Maxine Radlo, MD

Dr Radlo is the best! I moved out of the state of Washington and have yet to find another doctor as caring and who takes the time to know the patient as a person. Dr Radlo..if you are reading this, Thank You!!

CHI provides a 24/7 virtual care. I live in the Midwest and was very appreciative to have a doctor able to facetime me late in my evening when I was available. We understood each other well, she made sure I could comprehend what she was explaining. We were anecdotal and conversational. It was less instructional and less about getting in and out of the "doctor's office" and it was more about making sure we had the right diagnosis, the right solution, and why it would work. I always feel like doctors are rushed from patient to patient when they are in their clinic offices, but this was much more comfortable, laid back, I didn't feel pressured or hurried. I wish I lived in Washington she could be my primary phys.

A listener, i.e., doesn't just come in ask questions, exam and then prescribe. I feel that she really cares. Her schedule must be very busy, as I don't necessarily get an appointment right away. I generally don't care as she's the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radlo for several years now and I wouldn't dream of changing to someone else. I appreciate that she sees it as a partnership with the patient focused on preventative care and healthy lifestyles as much as on immediate symptoms. My own aim is to move towards not needing long-term medications and she is very supportive of that aim. I always trust her advice and never feel rushed during a visit. She has a straight-forward and friendly approach that makes encourages effective Doctor/patient communication. She even followed up a visit by calling me at home in the evening when she had some positive test results to tell me.The PacMed practice at Totem Lake is also very professional and friendly environment, and her support staff are always very caring, professional and friendly.
