This doctor perforated my daughter's colon during colonoscopy and there was no apology, she didn't believe her pain so nothing was done for 14 hours, she never came to the recovery room to see her after repeated phone calls from nurse, and only said to us, " it's my first perf." My daughter is physically and emotionally scarred for life.

Doctor Redel was wonderful and so was her associate, but I don't remember his name sorry!!My daughter has had chronic diarrhea for several years and has been to several GI doctors which have told us she probably has irritible bowel syndrome. Dr. Redel asked if my daughter has ever had a stomach scope or colonoscopy, I said no and she said I'm going to order those right now. She came back to our room and said how about tomorrow. My daughter had these two tests done as outpatient. Dr. Redel said she would call me Monday morning with the results. She did call me first thing Monday morning and said I have a diagnosis and these are your options. She is so wonderful, caring, understanding, her bedside manner is just fabulous.
