Dr. Carol Ann Rogala, DO

I went in to the urgent care for sharp pains in my stomach that have come and gone for a year. Carol asked many questions about my overall health and listened patiently. She asked what I felt was going on and didn't just dismiss it like my primary care doctor did. She right away ordered the appropriate tests and scans and found a number of serious issues that we are now aggressively addressing. I am very grateful and indebted to her for what she has done for me and happy that she was working the day I stopped in.

I went to the urgent care. I asked for a small refill on my pain medication for a joint problem and arthritis. She did not tell me but wrote I was a "drug seeker". She sent that to my doctor. I am very mad at that. Not fair and she did not take the time to ask questions. A bad experience.

This is the worst Dr ive ever had shes rude. To patients and her employees. The staff are nice. I advise never go when shes there and that old man at the front. Other than that its a very nice place with great staff

I really liked the fact that you can just walk in and be seen. Dr. was nice.

Carol has poor bedside manners, her attitude is very disparaging and has a belittling undertone.

Spent a lot of time explaining things and answered all questions.

She was prompt and got right to the point.

Dr Rogala is might come across as a little gruff, but she is knowledgeable and thorough and intuitive, and is *the* person I would trust with my life in any medical emergency.
