For the years I have doctored with her I was very unsatisfied. She was very hard to talk to and very unpleasant. I had dealt with back pains for years and she was always very persistent that it was only my arthritis never checking to see if I could have had other issues going on. After about 7 years of extreme back pains I persisted that I wanted x-rays taken and even at that she still said " I know it is just your arthritis." X-rays showed that I had been dealing with a bad hip and was in need of a hip replacement. I am very pleased with the move I made in switching doctors.

Never have I been to a doctor that was SO cold and unfeeling. 100% of the time, I felt so uneasy! She came across that she was VERY busy, and when I asked about my medicines (listed on a paper), that I should take on the day of surgery she emphatically said: "I don't have time to look at that list. I'm very busy!" She just kept working on the computer. By that time, I was close to crying. Surgery is a big deal for me - and her bed side manners were atrocious. And away she went out the door. And I "clammed" up, as tears came. I guess she may have been having a really bad day.

Comes across as rude. Dont even think she made eye contact with me. Looked at her computer and typed while asking me questions.

Very bad bedside manners. Rude doesn't listen and just like another review I read I left and was almost in tears in my car! I would never recommend her to anyone! Waste of time and money...beware!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarpal for 5 years and have always felt that she has read my history and has recommended and referred me for tests that have been necessary and have diagnosed osteopenia, skin cancers, and has always been prompt with return calls and follow up information. I would recommend her to anyone for a great family practice Doc.

I did not feel like she really cared or listened to me. She did not do a good job of reviewing my chart. Her bedside manner is not very good. I think she improperly diagnosed me.
