Dr. Carol Ann Somersille, MD

I had several appointments with Dr. Somersille; however I never saw her. Instead I met with her nurse practitioner, every time.

Dr. Somersille is a wonderful Gyn and a very nice person too. She is very caring towards her patients. Does spends good time with them to make sure they are not left with unclear doubts.One of the reviewers said that the doctor does not do ultrasound and it is done only on mondays....I had different experience, Doctor Somersillie herself did the ultrasound for me and that was on tuesday.:)

Dr. Somersille seems like a smart doc and friendly person. She seems to be a good ob/gyn overall. However, 1) all their records are on paper (not computeried). If something were to happen to the paper files - like theft or fire, all the records would be gone - poof! Seriously, they need to get all their records digital. Use a COMPUTER and BACKUP, please!!!2) really poor follow up skills. If you don't call, they won't bother to call back with your test results. And if you ask for copy of test results, that is very unusual request for them. What!3)the doc does not do ultrasounds, she has a special sonographer who comes in only on Mondays (what do you do in case emergency, hello?) that does it. Very inconvenient.
